We have been working with OCFS since 1999 to provide comprehensive, convenient solutions for the state’s child care subsidy needs in the form of the Child Care Tracking and Attendance system collectively known as CCTA.

FAQs

I do not have my CCFSID/Verification Code
You should receive your CCFSID and Verification Code in documentation from your local department of social services when you were switched to a web submittal provider. If you have not received your CCFSID or Verification Code please call your local department of social services and they should be able to assist you in this matter.

I entered my registration information and it gives me an error saying the data does not match.

Please call our support line. The system checks that the information you are registering matches exactly with the records in the system. Our support staff will help you find the mismatch and get you registered.

How do I reset my password?
Underneath the logon button there are two links. One of them says “click here if you forgot your password.” Click on that link. It will take you to a page that asks you to enter your username. Enter your username in the field and press the “retrieve secret question” button. The next screen will ask you the secret question you chose while signing up for your account. Enter you answer and press “Validate Secret Question.” If you answer the question correctly the next screen will let you choose a new password. Type your password, enter it again and click the reset password button. A pop up will appear letting you know your password has been updated. Click the close button in the pop up to return to the login screen.
